تقدم نادي إسبانيول بشكوى رسمية إلى الاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم ضد مشاركة اللاعب روبرت ليفاندوفسكي خلال مواجهة برشلونة، أمس في بطولة الدوري الإسباني.

وتلاقى الفريقان في إطار منافسات الجولة الخامسة عشر من الليجا، حيث تعادلا بهدف لمثله.

كان ليفاندوفسكي قد تعرض للإيقاف لمدة ثلاث مباريات، بسبب البطاقة الحمراء التي حصل عليها خلال فوز برشلونة على أوساسونا يوم 8 نوفمبر الماضي.

كانت تلك البطاقة الحمراء ستؤدي إلى الإيقاف لمباراة واحدة، لكن ليفاندوفسكي تم إيقافه في البداية ثلاث مباريات بسبب لفتة قام بها أثناء خروجه من الملعب تجاه الحكم.

وكان من المفترض أن تكون المباراة الأولى لهذا الحظر هي مباراة ديربي برشلونة ضد إسبانيول، ومع ذلك، ورغم الفشل في سلسلة من الاستئنافات خلال استراحة كأس العالم، أعلنت محكمة مدريد يوم الجمعة أن حظر المهاجم قد تم رفعه مؤقتًا، في انتظار قرار نهائي.

ورغم انتهاء المباراة إلا أن إسبانيول قرر تصعيد الأمر، حيث أوضح النادي أنهم لا يعتقدون أن قرار رفع عقوبة ليفاندوفسكي ينطبق على لقائهما أمس، لأن حظر المهاجم الأولي لمباراة واحدة بسبب حصوله على بطاقة صفراء ثانية لم يكن مرتبطًا بطلبات برشلونة بشأن الإيقاف الإضافي بعد الطرد.

وصرح النادي الكتالوني بأنه أبلغ كل من الاتحاد الإسباني والحكم ماتيو لاهوز قبل مباراة يوم السبت أنه لا ينبغي إدراج ليفاندوفسكي في تشكيل برشلونة، وقد تقدموا الآن باستئناف ضد مشاركته في المباراة.

وإذا تم تأييد شكواهم، فإن برشلونة يخاطر بخسارة نقطة واحدة حصلوا عليها من المباراة، والتي من شأنها أن تجعل ريال مدريد يتفوق عليهم في صدارة الدوري الإسباني.

وجاء في بيان إسبانيول يوم الاثنين ما يلي: “قبل بدء المباراة، أخطر النادي بحسن نية كل من حكم المباراة ماتيو لاهوز والاتحاد الإسباني نفسه بوجود اللاعب روبرت ليفاندوفسكي في الفريق المنافس، الذي كان عليه أن يقضي عقوبة بعد طرده لحصوله على بطاقتين صفراويتين في الجولة الماضية”.

وتابع: “النادي، كما أعلن عشية المباراة، سيستخدم جميع الموارد المتاحة له للدفاع عن مصالحه ومصالح جماهيرنا، مدركًا أن هذا الظلم الصارخ يعرض جوهر منافستنا للخطر وأن الظلم المذكور أعلاه قد استمر بحل متسرع وبنواقص قانونية واضحة”.

Read any article about Rikki Clarke and the word ‘potential’ will occur as frequently as a half-volley used to appear in one of his overs. And that’s pretty often. Indeed, ‘potential’ might just be the most over-used word in cricket. Some players are described as full of potential well into their 30s.Now, however, a decade into a career that has so far promised far more than it has delivered, Clarke finally seems to be fulfilling some of the immense talent that first earned him an England call-up at the age of just 21.The 29-year-old Clarke is now, against all expectations, emerging as the most reliable member of an impressive Warwickshire attack. After several years where his bowling had become almost irrelevant, Clarke has finally found the consistency to add to the pace and skill he has always possessed.Warwickshire were certainly grateful for his bowling on the first day of their Championship match against Lancashire. Clarke, bowling with pace, hostility and, more pertinently, consistency, claimed three top-order wickets, three catches and played a key role in bowling Lancashire out for just 227. So, might he now be fulfilling all that expectation?”That word ‘potential’ has been there ever since I was 18 or 19,” Clarke said afterwards. “And I’ll admit that there were probably times when I played for England and I didn’t warrant a place. I got there on potential.”Why have I not fully fulfilled that potential? Well, it’s not for lack of trying, I can tell you. But maybe I did take that potential for granted a little bit. I’m definitely working harder than ever before and I’ve taken playing for England out of the equation. I’m just not thinking about it.”There’s still time. You just look at other guys like Graeme Swann, Chris Tremlett and Ryan Sidebottom. They showed you can come back into the side. If they can do it, so can I. And I know this is a cliche, but the best thing I can do now, is just concentrate on taking each day as it comes and doing my best for Warwickshire.”I know my game far better now. I know my bowling action and I feel really comfortable and confident. I’m at a club where I’m backed and I feel I can relax a bit more and enjoy my cricket.”There are many who doubt Clarke and he knows he’ll have to do perform over a much longer period to win them over. There are few men in county cricket who can bowl at pace and command a place in the top six of their batting line-up, however, so if Clarke continues his current form, he may yet have more of a role to play in international cricket.The first day of this game was not all about Clarke, however. Boyd Rankin bowled equally as well and, thanks to some tailend wickets, ended up with the more impressive figures. The lofty Irishman, extracting nasty lift from the sluggish surface, claimed his second five-wicket haul in three Championship games and wrapped up the Lancashire innings by taking the final three wickets at the cost of one run in just five balls.Rankin, encouraged to bowl short by his captain, Ian Bell, proved too hostile for the lower-order and troubled all the batsmen with his probing line and steep bounce. He, too, may yet have a role to play for England. While there are a couple of similar bowlers ahead of him in the queue at present – Tremlett and Finn spring to mind – Rankin is only 26 and still seems to be improving.”I want to play cricket at the highest level I can,” Rankin said afterwards. “In an ideal world that would be for Ireland but, to be honest, I can’t see Ireland getting Test status in the near future. I can’t see it happening in my playing lifetime.”And if the ICC decide to exclude us from the World Cup, there will be very little incentive for us. The World Cup gives us something to aim for. If they don’t let us play, you’ll see loads more young Irish lads come over to play in England and cricket in Ireland will just fade away.”This was not a particularly impressive batting display from Lancashire, however. Karl Brown and Steven Croft both fell when they left straight deliveries, while Mark Chilton edged a horribly loose drive and Gareth Cross rather spoiled his fine innings when he played on as he attempted to force without foot movement.Their entire innings was built around two noteworthy stands. First Stephen Moore and Chilton added 63 for the third wicket, before Cross and Luke Procter added 90 for the sixth. None of them managed to convert their good starts into the substantial innings their team needed, however. Moore, dropped by Clarke at slip off Rankin when he had 45, was unable to capitalise and was adjudged lbw after he propped half forward to the same bowler. It was the sixth time in nine innings this season that Moore has been dismissed with his score between 45 and 73.When Procter fell, prodding at one outside off stump, it precipitated a dramatic collapse, with. Lancashire losing their last five wickets for the addition of just eight runs in 40 balls. It’s the first time Lancashire have been dismissed for under 450 in their first innings this season. On a pitch of variable bounce, however, it may not prove to be quite such an inadequate total as it seems at first glance.James Anderson, bowling with good pace, soon dismissed William Porterfield with one that nipped back when Warwickshire began their reply. But Bell and Varun Chopra survived a torrid evening session to see their side to the close without further loss. Bell is captaining Warwickshire in place of the injured Jim Troughton, who hurt his shoulder in the field on Monday, while last season’s captain, Ian Westwood, was dropped to make way for Jonathan Trott.Lancashire, meanwhile, are without Sajid Mahmood and Farveez Maharoof, both of whom are suffering from minor injuries. Instead, they are fielding two left-arm spinners, with Simon Kerrigan playing his first Championship game of the season. On a pitch which has so far favoured the seamers, it’s a decision that may come to rue.

Neste jogo, a utilização de três zagueiros, com Werley improvisado na lateral direita, definitivamente falhou.

Dentro de seus domínios, o Bahia foi perspicaz para aproveitar as falhas apresentadas pela equipe de Zé Ricardo. Aos cinco minutos, Paulão falhou, Vinícius puxou o contra-ataque e achou Elton, que mandou cruzado pra fora. Aos 13, João Pedro desceu com perigo, mas ninguém do time baiano chegou para finalizar.

DE TANTO TENTAR…
…o Bahia abriu o marcador. Aos 18, Zé Rafael aproveitou sobra em jogada muito bem trabalhada por João Pedro – aliás, ele foi o destaque dos donos da casa no jogo, vencendo todas as disputas com os zagueiros do Vasco – e colocou o 1 a 0 no placar.

SEM REAÇÃO
Atrás do marcador, o Vasco não conseguiu mostrar que reagiria. Com isso, o Bahia continuava pressionando e levando perigo ao gol defendido por Martin Silva. Edigar Junio, aos 24, subiu livre após falta cobrada por Vinícius para ampliar a favor dos baianos sobre os vascaínos.

NINGUÉM BEM
Foi uma noite que ninguém estava bem com a camisa do Vasco. Até Leandro Desábato, a melhor contratação do Vasco em 2018, falhou bastante – o que é incomum em seu retrospecto. Aos dois minutos do segundo tempo, o argentino foi driblado por Élber e se não fosse o goleiro do Vasco, o terceiro era marcado. Dois minutos mais tarde, porém, a sorte não sorriu para o Cruz-Maltino, já que Vinícius fez o 3 a 0. Perto do fim, Kelvin acertou o travessão e quase diminuiu para o Vasco, mas era tarde demais.

Having been set an impossible last-afternoon winning target of 365 from a minimum 58 overs – an asking rate of 6.29 an over – Kent reached 94 for two amongst the rain breaks before shaking hands on a draw at 5pm.Home skipper Rob Key anchored the innings with an unbeaten 59 from 78 balls, his second-best score of the campaign to date, while Martin van Jaarsveld enjoyed a 38-minute net in the middle for an unbeaten 12.The home reply started badly when Joe Denly, back in the side following a three-week lay-off with a fractured thumb, followed his first innings of five with a fifth-ball duck in the second. The right-hander had his middle stump uprooted by a Tim Groenewald off-cutter that darted through the gate.After another break for rain that led to an early tea interval, Kent regrouped through Key and Sam Northeast to add 61 for their second wicket before Northeast, in aiming to leg-glance against Tony Palladino, edged through to the wicketkeeper to fall for 21.The last day started with Derbyshire’s first-innings centurions Wayne Madsen and Usman Khawaja back in tandem as the east midlands side resumed on their overnight score of 85 for one.Khawaja, who will fly home to Australia tonight for his country’s A-team tour of Zimbabwe, reached 36 before he became his side’s first casualty when edging a defensive push against Azhar Mahmood to the wicketkeeper.Madsen, fresh from scoring 140 here during the opening two days, reached 71 from 111 balls before failing to get on top of a cut shot at Neil Saker and picking out Northeast at point. Com isso, o Tricolor chega a três vitórias e fica na quinta posição do Brasileirão, com 10 pontos conquistados. Já a equipe paranaense amarga a 16ª colocação e ainda pode entrar na zona de rebaixamento se o Internacional pontuar contra a Chapecoense.

Em seu terceiro jogo como mandante, o Fluminense continua com
dificuldades para ter um bom público. Apesar de um momento favorável, o Tricolor chegou apenas aos 9.172 torcedores presentes. O máximo foram pouco mais de 19 mil na partida contra o São Paulo.

Flu melhor

No primeiro tempo, o Fluminense foi superior em campo apesar da menor posse de bola, apostando em contra-ataques e muita velocidade. Os visitantes cresceram a partir dos 15 minutos, mas sofreram na pontaria para dar trabalho a Júlio César e levaram pouco perigo.

Os gols

O Tricolor foi eficiente na frente e colocou a bola para dentro em suas duas melhores chances. Primeiro, aos 23, após contra-ataque em alta velocidade de Marcos Junior, Gilberto deu de calcanhar para Jadson chutar. Santos defendeu, mas a bola bateu em Thiago Heleno e entrou. Pouco depois, aos 35, os paranaenses passaram a rondar mais a área dos adversários e abriram espaços, levando o segundo. Com assistência de Jadson, Marcos Jr deu uma cavadinha e marcou.

Mandantes na defesa

Com a vantagem no placar, o Fluminense adotou uma postura cautelosa e esperou mais o adversário no segundo tempo. As saídas para o ataque foram com qualidade e perigosas, apesar dos erros no toque final.

Aprovação

Com a boa atuação, o Fluminense saiu de campo muito aplaudido pelos torcedores. Sornoza e Marcos Junior, substituídos no segundo tempo, foram celebrados pelo público.

Steve Rixon wants to bring more intensity to Australia’s training regime, especially among the younger players, after being named the fielding coach on Tuesday. Rixon believes the standards of fielding in the Australia team have dropped since the glory days when Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath were creating catching opportunities, and that’s something he wants to change.After a decade of working with the American Mike Young, the Australians will be drilled by Rixon during the next two tours, to Sri Lanka and South Africa. The initial short-term appointment is likely to become a longer association as Australia try to force their way back up from fifth in the ICC Test ranking table.Their slump was not helped by the Ashes debacle, which began with a draw at the Gabba, where the Australians dropped seven catches. Rixon said in a developing side, it would be all the more important for such key moments not to missed, with less experienced bowlers less likely to find edges and force mistakes over and over again.”We’ve got some world-class fielders, Ricky Ponting is one, Michael Clarke and Michael Hussey,” Rixon told ESPNcricinfo. “They’re three of the older boys. That tells me there are a lot of youngsters that need to get back to some simple basics in the field like they do in the other aspects of their game and see if we can’t move them forward. I have no question they are crying out to be helped and I think they will improve. But we’re definitely not leading the way in the fielding anymore.”If you think back to a lot of these eras, it was a little bit different when you had Warne and McGrath in your side, because even if you did drop a catch, it wouldn’t be too much longer before McGrath would give you another opportunity. That, to me, is something we’ve got to be realistic with. In the changing of the guard, you don’t have that … So what we’ve got to do is make sure that when we have an opportunity, we’re going to make the best of it.”And while the batting and bowling coaches, Justin Langer and Craig McDermott, have plenty of work to do in order to bring the younger players up to scratch and keep the veterans in form, the same can be said for Rixon. He said the struggles in Australian fielding could be traced to the quality of fielding at state level, and that was an area that needed to be addressed.”It is a reflection on our domestic game, which is a bit sad,” Rixon said. “I’ve seen some [domestic] games where the fielding is very, very good, and I’ve seen some games where the intensity level is down. Your intensity level comes from your preparation. If you prepare and train smart, you’ll probably find you’ve got a little bit of an edge.”It’s not by accident those three older guys I talked about turned out to be very good fielders. They’re all quite athletic, but more importantly, who does that little bit extra every time from a young age all the way through? These guys have done the extra work, so to me I just think there’s a little bit in that as well. So we need to focus on the intensity of training.”Rixon, 57, will be by far the most experienced member of Australia’s coaching staff, with 15 years as a first-class player and two decades as a mentor. That coaching resume includes four Sheffield Shield titles with New South Wales, two IPL triumphs and a Champions League victory with the Chennai Super Kings, and an impressive stint at the helm of New Zealand.Although his official brief is as the side’s fielding coach, Rixon is keen to help the side in other areas as they rebuild under the new captain, Clarke.
