وضع الجهاز الفني للزمالك بقيادة البرتغالي جوسفالدوا فيريرا برنامجا بدنيا مكثفا خلال تدريبات الفريق اليوم، والتي أقيمت على أرضية ملعب أبو رجيلة في مقر القلعة البيضاء.

واستأنف الزمالك تدريباته على ملعب عبد اللطيف أبو رجيلة بعد أن منح الجهاز الفني اللاعبين راحة يومين، استعداداً لمواجهة المصري المقبلة في الدوري المصري.

وركز فيريرا في النصف ساعة الأولى من المران على الحالة البدنية، حيث أدى اللاعبين تدريبات تحت إشراف أندرية فيليب، وخاض اللاعبون مران بالجري في جزء معين من الملعب والمرور من الحواجز التدريبية، لزيادة المرونة الجسدية لهم.

وعقد فيريرا جلسة مع اللاعبين بعد الانتهاء من الفقرة التدريبية الأولى الخاصة بالحمل البدني، والتي شهدت منحهم بعض التعليمات الفنية لتنفيذها خلال التقسيمة التي يخوضها الفريق.

وخاض الفريق تقسيمة فنية على هامش التدريبات، والتي شهدت وضع فيريرا لبعض الضوابط في التقسيمة، منها أن يكون هناك لاعبين على كل خط، دوره أن يمرر الكرة لزملائه داخل الملعب، لعدم تعطيل اللعب وتنفيذ المطلوب بأسرع وقت.

كما وضع الجهاز الفني المرمى الصغير للتسديد عليه بدلا من المرمى العادي، لزيادة دقة التسديدات لدى اللاعبين.

كما حرص المدير الفني للزمالك على منح تعليمات خاصة للثنائي محمود عبد الرازق “شيكابالا” ويوسف إبراهيم “أوباما” خلال التقسيمة.

وركز المدرب البرتغالي على منح الثنائي تعليمات فنية خاصة، وشرح بعض الأدوار المطلوبة منهما خلال التقسيمة الفنية.

ويقوم فيريرا بمتابعة التقسيمة لتصحيح الأخطاء للاعبين بشكل سريع، وتفاديها في الوقت المتبقي من التقسيمة.

وتماثل محمد عبد الشافي الظهير الأيسر للفريق الكروي بنادي الزمالك للشفاء بعد اصابته في الركبة.

وشهدت تدريبات الزمالك الجماعية مشاركة محمد عبد الشافي بشكل طبيعي، بعد أن كان يعاني من الإجهاد في الركبة، وتم استبعاده من قائمة مباراة الاتحاد السكندري الماضية.

وجاءت مشاركة محمد عبد الشافي في التدريبات بعد اطمئنان الجهاز الطبي على حالته.

According to The Sunday World, Palace have now expressed their interest to the Blues regarding Abraham, however, no decision will be made over a possible deal until a manager is in place.

Reports back in April suggested that Chelsea were willing to sell Abraham for £40m this summer as part of a striker reshuffle at Stamford Bridge.

Abraham, who was described as ‘Drogba-esque’ by Rio Ferdinand, is on £82,000-a-week and has two years remaining on his Chelsea contract.

The Verdict: A club-record deal?

Should a £40m transfer materialise, Abraham would end up smashing Palace’s club transfer record.

The Eagles’ most expensive signing is Christian Benteke, who cost just over £28m from Liverpool.

Benteke has recently signed a new two-year deal at Selhurst Park, while the club also have Jean-Philippe Mateta and Jordan Ayew on the books.

Signing Abraham would bolster the club’s attacking ranks further as he has 26 goals in 89 Premier League appearances.

Palace were planning a £50m summer spending spree, so signing Abraham may well take up a large chunk of their funds.

A atividade serviu sobretudo para que Eduardo Baptista pudesse observar Tchê Tchê, que acaba de se recuperar de uma lesão no ombro esquerdo e, se responder bem aos próximos treinamentos, será relacionado para enfrentar o Atlético Tucumán, quarta-feira, na Argentina. O camisa 8 disputou todo o segundo tempo sem limitações.

O Palmeiras começou com Jailson; Thiago Martins, Mina, Antônio Carlos e Matheus Bahia (do sub-20); Arouca, Thiago Santos e Raphael Veiga; Róger Guedes, Alecsandro e Rafael Marques. O primeiro tempo terminou 2 a 1, com gols de Alecsandro e Róger Guedes para o Verdão.
